1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TrueNorth Fleet Ops services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

TrueNorth Fleet Ops provides back-office operations and compliance support services for owner-operators and small fleets. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Load coordination and broker communication
• Scheduling and fleet utilization tracking
• Paperwork and invoicing support
• Compliance tracking and deadline management
• Performance reporting and analytics

3. Billing and Payment

Services are billed monthly on a per-truck basis. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or through your account portal.

5. Limitation of Liability

TrueNorth Fleet Ops provides administrative and operational support services. While we strive for accuracy and compliance, we are not liable for fines, penalties, or losses resulting from regulatory non-compliance, broker disputes, or other operational issues beyond our direct control.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information
• Maintaining valid insurance, licenses, and registrations
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Reviewing and approving documentation as needed

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and operational data. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or with explicit client consent.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
